GLS is the courier predominantly used for shipments within Italy and its islands. However, other couriers such as SDA, INpost, or Posteitaliane may be used in municipalities and for postal codes not served by GLS.
Below is a brief summary of costs and shipping times valid for mainland Italy and its islands.

FREE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
Within 14 days from the delivery date of your order, you can request a free return to the nearest pick-up point.
If you prefer home pick-up, you can opt for RETURN WITH PICK-UP for only €4.90.
Returning the product is fast and easy.
- Request the return from the order summary in your account, indicating your preferred day. We will send you the pre-filled label to print and attach to the package.
- Specify the date you prefer for pick-up.
- Wait for the pre-filled label to be sent.
- Print the label and deliver it along with the package to the INPost pick-up point (delivery point) indicated in the email.
- If you have chosen RETURN WITH PICK-UP, wait for the courier directly at your home (service fee €4.90).

For shipments abroad, we primarily use UPS courier for reliability and adherence to delivery times. However, for some destinations, other couriers such as DHL, BRT, CRONO are available. Different couriers will be available depending on the country and city of destination. Customers can select the preferred service at their discretion.

GLS
The GLS courier that provides a single form of delivery of 2-3 working days in Italy and 3-5 working days in Europe.
Orders placed in office hours (from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00) will be taken on the same day and the delivery follows the timing of the nation and the type of shipment of reference.Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, so they are performed on the next first working day.
UPS
The UPS carrier is used for European and Extra-European shipments.
The delivery times of the UPS courier range from 2 to 5 working days based on the country of residence.
UPS ACCES POINT

DHL
The DHL courier is used for European and Extra-European shipments.
The delivery times of the DHL courier vary from 2 to 5 working days according to the country of residence.
BRT (BARTOLINI)
The BRT courier is used for European and Extra-European shipments.
The delivery times of the DHL courier vary from 2 to 5 working days according to the country of residence.
RETITUTION
Freekyshop offers the possibility to collect free of charge items ordered at one of our Stores:

For the withdrawal it is necessary to carry with it:
- a valid identity document;
- a copy of the order confirmation email with the withdrawal code.
If you cannot withdraw the package personally, the delegate will have to present:
- a copy of your valid identity document;
- a valid identity document of the delegate;
- a copy of the order confirmation email;
- a signed proxy letter (download a copy).
You will have 10 working days to withdraw your order.If you do not withdraw it, Freekyshop will make the return and you will be refunded the whole sum.
EXPENDITURE
Shipping time is 2-5 working days for UPS Standard and UPS Standard Access Point, 2-3 working days for UPS Express Saver and UPS Express Saver Access Point.Except for Russia and the United Kingdom:5-10 working days, regardless of the method chosen.
In Italy GLS provides a single formula of 2-3 working days.
The shipment is free beyond a certain expense threshold, which varies according to the country of destination.You can find details on the homepage.
If the country of shipment is different from Italy, the customer may be subject to import duties, payable once the goods has reached the specified destination.Policies vary considerably from country to country:it is therefore advisable to contact the local customs office to obtain more information.
GRAN BRETAGNA TASSE IMPORTATION (BREXIT)
If your destination country is Britain, the online price does not include import taxes, the final price you see at checkout corresponds to the price you pay net of any customs duties, it is therefore advisable to contact the local customs office to obtain more information.
DATA OF THE ORDER AND DATA OF SHARE
The date of the order refers to the time when the order was made and confirmed on the site.Otherwise, the shipping date is relative to the time when the goods go out of the warehouse and is taken in delivery by the courier.

DELIVERY TO ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
Freekyshop can also deliver to an alternative address (e.g. the workplace) or to all UPS Access Point reported on the map.
Freekyshop does not deliver to a postal address or post offices enabled at the Fermoposta service, for security reasons.
VERIFICATION THE STATE OF A SHARE
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with all the details of the shipment.
CONSEGAN PROBLEMS
The courier will do everything possible to deliver the parcel to the address indicated.All delivery details will be available on their website.
If it is not possible to deliver the shipment, the courier will leave a coupon called InfoNotice in the customer's mailbox or near the intercom, in which the courier will be notified and provided the telephone number to be contacted to coordinate the delivery.
In addition, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number indicated during the purchase, with which the customer will be informed about when the courier has passed and on which number to call to agree to the return.The number indicated will be used only for delivery purposes and will not be used for commercial purposes.
If delivery attempts fail, the goods will enter the stock and the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service to provide the necessary information to the release of the deposit.In case of non-response within three days of the receipt, the goods will return to the warehouses and the amount of the goods purchased will be credited.
ADVISORY OF THE COURISES
As a rule the courier does not make preventive calls and does not manage requests of delivery in particular times.For this reason it is advisable to be available and follow the updates on the shipment through the tracking code provided by the selected carrier.
